If Cascade Fashion House believes that unauthorized or improper use is being made of any Service, it may, without notice, take such action as it, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, including blocking messages from a particular internet domain, mail server or IP address. Cascade Fashion House may immediately terminate any account on any Service which it determines, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any e-mail that violates this policy.

Cascade Fashion House has a zero-tolerance spam policy. This means that all email recipients must have opted in to, or otherwise validly consented to, receiving communications from you, the sender. Subscriber accounts may be terminated for sending unsolicited email messages.
Email messages sent in connection with a Cascade Fashion House must contain an "unsubscribe" link that allows subscribers to remove themselves from your email messages. You must not use Cascade Fashion House to send emails with deceptive subject lines or false or misleading header information.
